Bank for women - Finance Minister P Chidambaram said the bank was likely to be launched in October, with initial capital of $184m (£120m), and will be run by the government. The rocket blasted off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, India, 7:31 a.m. ET.
